Our five-story independent manufacturing facility is equipped with professional-grade equipment across the entire production chain:
- Manufacturing Systems: High-precision 3D resin and titanium printers, advanced shell-forming machines
- Testing Instruments: Bone-conduction analyzers, driver testing equipment, precision tooling, and environmental testing devices
- Acoustic Facilities: Full anechoic chamber and a digitally controlled acoustic tuning lab
- Management Systems: Ear-impression database and end-to-end digital production workflow
